Training new personnel for IT has long been one of the most important tasks of WEZOM. We devote a lot of effort to developing our own academy, where we train coders, designers, testers and other specialists. The pandemic and war posed new challenges for WEZOM Academy : students urgently needed the opportunity to continue learning despite How we all obstacles, while remaining engaged and motivated to work on themselves. We have brought our vision of modern education to life by creating a completely new digital platform for students and teachers. For the academy to be effective, its internal processes needed to be automated – students had to receive training courses and feedback from teachers quickly and conveniently, so that they could focus primarily on their progress. We also wanted to create Phone Number List specific “triggers” for students to keep them motivated and inspired to overcome challenges. At the same time, teachers and tutors needed the ability to check homework and provide feedback to students “seamlessly”. Without unnecessary thresholds in communication. This was important both from a convenience and time management perspective. After all, our teachers are specialists who work on real projects and are often “torn” between practice and teaching students. Our attempts to use “boxed” solutions for online courses were generally unsuccessful. Other people’s platforms did not have the capabilities we needed and students did not like them .

Therefore, we collected all our considerations and formalized them into requirements for creating a new custom learning management system . In world practice, such platforms are called Learning Management System (LMS). The development of our own LMS involved solving a number of problems: Implement a new personal account with four ASB Directory user roles: administrator, student, tutor and teacher; develop a rating system. Build a new, gamified learning experience for students; create a rating system and different types of tasks. Implement an internal chat for teacher and student; ensure the availability of different types of training content. The result of the development was to be a digital educational hub that did not require any additional resources or messengers. Capable of working both online and offline. And of course, this hub should be cozy and inspire success. So that students want to return to study.
