Use the [F4] hotkey to repeat the last action
If you have a lot of text in different areas that you want to change the style (for example: change the size, make it bold, add an underline, etc.), in addition to using the brush to copy the format, you can also press [F4] on the keyboard to repeat the last action. However, unlike the brush, [F4] repeats the last action, that is, if the last action was to make the text bold, after selecting the target text and pressing [F4], the text will be set to bold; the brush will copy all the formatting on the text to the next text.
How are numbers like (A), (B), and (C) automatically generated?
If you input numbers manually, you will have trouble with alignment when there are line breaks or differences in levels. Therefore, when numbering items, it is very easy to use the numbering function of WORD to get twice the result with half the effort.

When you click on a bullet or number, the corresponding symbol will appear on the WORD screen. As shown in the following figure, the level 1 of the two numbers A and B are both numbere, the level 2 is also number, and the level 3 (items 1 and 2) is bullet.
You can freely set which symbol to use at which level
Right-click on the number or item, and select the number or bullet symbol you want to change to. A number library will appear ASB Directory on the right for you to choose from. If you can’t find the number you need, you can modify it from [Define a new number format] under the number library.
